HOPEHI's Team

Dierdre Harkless founded Helping Our People Express Hope Inc in 2016 to promote community empowerment, civic engagement, natural healing and to create programs and services for Macon county and surrounding areas. 

T'La Armbruster plays a vital role in organizing and operating programs and services for Helping Our People Express Hope Inc.  T'La is a champion for Tuskegee and the surrounding counties and is on a mission to build sustainable, community-rooted initiatives that empower underserved communities. 

Jaz Harkless brings experience in HR, talent acquisition, recruiting and experience in financial operations and management.  Jaz has a passion for civic engagement and is an instrumental part of creating programs and services through Helping Our People Express Hope Inc., that align with her civic passions.  

Xavier Dre'paul is a Senior HR Supervisor who brings extensive experience in people management and a sharp eye for strategic marketing. His passion for Helping Our People Express Hope Inc., was inspired by its focus on natural eating and healing.  He is dedicated to advancing HOPEHI'S vision of wellness and community transformation.
